A Consultant is a reliable case team member who supports the Case Manager and Director in completing case assignments to a high quality, within budget and on time. The Consultant is also involved in supporting the growth of new business and the culture of the office through office initiatives. The Consultant demonstrates confidence and maturity in dealing with clients and the case team, taking full ownership and responsibility for the case work assigned, as well as managing and organising their own workload effectively with minimum input from Case Manager/Director.
