
Gregg Bauer is a Partner in the Technology & Innovation Management Practice of North America. Mr. Bauer has 25 years of experience as a senior executive and advisor to both large corporations and start-ups and brings a unique entrepreneurial perspective to his clients. His broad industry background spans diversified industrial, high technology, consumer packaged goods, software, basic materials, medical devices and retail. He is highly sought after for his expertise on innovation strategy and is a frequent speaker at entrepreneurial forums as well has having appeared in the Boston Globe, the International Herald Tribune, Fortune and on National Public Radio and on CNBC. He is also a guest lecturer on growth and innovation strategy to graduate students at the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and to executives at the Weatherhead School of Management at the Case Western Reserve University.
Mr. Bauer has been on the founding team of several successful start-ups in technology and retail and was a co-founder and Partner at Spinnaker Venture Partners, LLC of Boston, MA, a leading technology investment and private equity advisory firm. His early career was spent with Rockwell International where he held senior management positions in sales, marketing, operations and corporate development. He has worked with leading companies such as Alcoa, Clorox, Eveready, Boston Scientific, Wilson Sports, Air Liquide, Nokia, Kone Elevator, Electrolux and Schneider Electric.
He serves on several boards including the Dean's Board of Visitors for the Russ College of Engineering and Technology at Ohio University. Mr. Bauer is a Magna Cum Laude graduate with a BS in Electrical Engineering from Ohio University and received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

John Brennan is a Partner and Director of Arthur D. Little Inc. and the Global Leader of its Healthcare and Medical Technologies Practice. Mr. Brennan specializes in developing corporate, marketing, and technology strategies to maximize the value of technology franchises, R&D investments, and commercialization activities within the healthcare and medical technology industries. In addition, Mr. Brennan has structured, negotiated and/or advised on nearly $2 Billion of transactions within the healthcare sector during his career as well as provided due-diligence advisory services relative to mergers, acquisitions, technology licensing, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. He has significant expertise in the financing and development of early-stage medical technology ventures as well as successful post-merger integration expertise. Mr. Brennan holds a BA from the College of the Holy Cross as well as Masters degrees from Harvard University and Northeastern University.

Andy Dvorocsik is Director in Arthur D. Little’s Houston office where he leads the firm’s Americas Chemicals practice. Andy has worked alongside clients across all sectors of the chemical industry in North America and Europe. He has deep experience in supply chain management and operating strategy, corporate and business unit strategy, and marketing and pricing. Recognized leader in business transformation and complex technology deployments and facilitating corporate change.
Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Mr. Dvorocsik was a Partner with Accenture and a Senior Manager at KPMG. He was most recently Vice President at Zilliant - a B2B Pricing specialist, and began his career at a contract manufacturer, where he held various manufacturing management positions. Mr. Dvorocsik earned a BS and MS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.

Rodolfo is a Director in Arthur D. Little's Houston office with considerable consulting experience in the global energy industry. His functional interests are focused on the areas of strategy development and organizational change. He has worked extensively with several NOCs and IOCs in Latin America. Rodolfo received his degree in Mechanical Engineering "Summa Cum Laude" from Universidad Simón Bolívar in Caracas, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Markus is Managing Director of Arthur D. Little's US operations overseeing its current offices in Boston, Houston and New York City. Markus has built a successful track record in building and leading a thriving consulting business in North America. He has served leading clients and possesses extensive industry knowledge in several sectors, including: financial services, health care, pharmaceuticals, high-tech and semiconductor peripherals, automotive, construction, machinery, and consumer product companies. His diverse experience provides him entry to the Board Rooms of leading corporations. Prior to Arthur D. Little, he worked for leading consulting companies specializing in turnaround and restructuring for mid- to large companies and in financial and investment analyses for foreign investors in US real estate. Markus has an MBA from the University of Muenster, Germany.

Lee has over 17 years of global consulting experience with first tier consulting firms such as PRTM where he was Energy & Chemicals Practice Leader, Prophet (Managing Partner) and CRAI (Vice President). Energy and petrochemicals operations management experience earlier in his career included two of the world’s largest energy companies, ExxonMobil and Total. He graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with Highest Distinction, earning a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.

Mr. Roth has over 25 years experience as a corporate executive, entrepreneur and consultant and is considered a leading expert on innovation management to develop new value in technology based businesses. His broad experience spans numerous industries with extensive background in the chemicals, semiconductor, transportation, and consumer goods markets.
Mr. Roth brings a deep and unique combination of large company and start-up experience to his clients. He has held senior executive positions at Rockwell International, Honeywell, and Engelhard Minerals and Chemicals. In addition, he was the founding CEO of a number of venture based start-ups where he created significant value for his venture capital investors and shareholders. This afforded him deep experience in origination and leveraged funding strategies for technology based companies. Mr. Roth was a co-founder and Partner at Spinnaker Venture Partners, LLC of Boston, MA, a leading technology investment and private equity advisory firm, where he provided management consulting on corporate and business development issues to emerging technology businesses.
He holds several patents in advanced optical instrumentation and has been published in numerous journals including Semiconductor International, Plastics Technology and Modern Plastics. He is also a frequent speaker on leveraging innovation strategy to achieve tangible business results. Mr. Roth has degrees in Chemical Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology.
